Feeding Kids by Faith – North Texas Giving Day Needs List

At Feeding Kids by Faith, our mission is simple: feed kids. Every dollar, every donation, every act of support helps us provide consistent, healthy meals to children who might otherwise go hungry. As we participate in North Texas Giving Day, we invite the community to partner with us in making a direct impact. Here are the specific needs we’re asking the public to help us meet:

Financial Contributions
Monetary donations are our most flexible and urgent need. Every $10 covers the cost of a full week of meals for one child.

Non-Perishable Food Donations
We rely on shelf-stable staples to build meal packs.

Fresh Produce Partnerships
If you’re a grocer, farmer, or community garden, we need fresh fruits and vegetables. Even small, regular donations of produce make a difference in the nutrition we can offer.

Volunteer Support
Our volunteers pack, organize, and deliver every meal. We need hands-on help for everything from meal assembly to administrative support for outreach and fundraising.

Corporate and Faith-Based Sponsorships
We welcome partnerships with businesses, faith organizations, and civic groups. Sponsors can fund meals, host food drives, or organize volunteer days—helping us reach more children faster.

Awareness and Advocacy
If you can’t give or volunteer, help by spreading the word. Share our mission with your network, connect us with potential partners, or invite us to speak to your organization.

Every meal we provide is a lifeline for a child. With your help, we can ensure that no child in our community goes hungry. Thank you for standing with Feeding Kids by Faith on North Texas Giving Day.

Equity Statement

Equity Statement for Feeding Kids by Faith Inc.

At Feeding Kids by Faith Inc., we believe that every child—regardless of race, background, ability, or circumstance—deserves access to nutritious food. Our mission is to abolish youth hunger by serving hot, balanced, and healthy snacks to children in our community. We recognize that hunger is not just a problem of scarcity, but a symptom of deeper inequities that affect marginalized families disproportionately.

With an annual budget of under $50,000, we are intentional in maximizing every resource to ensure our services reach those most in need. Our commitment to equity means meeting children where they are, reducing barriers to access, and respecting the dignity of every family we serve. We collaborate with local partners, faith communities, and volunteers to deliver consistent nutrition without judgment or discrimination.

Feeding Kids by Faith Inc. stands for the belief that fighting hunger is inseparable from fighting inequity. We continuously evaluate our programs to ensure inclusivity, cultural sensitivity, and fairness. Our promise is to listen to and advocate for the voices of the children and families we serve, and to strive for a future where no child’s potential is limited by hunger.
