FearLess Dallas serves women and gender minorities by providing one-on-one case management, community workshops and events, and mentorship opportunities. Specifically, FearLess works to develop life skills and workforce readiness and resilience.
Founded by Jill Nastasia (MSW, MEd), FearLess fulfills a lifelong goal of giving back. As a teen, Jill aged out of foster care. While she had street smarts and survival skills, she found herself and other women like her lacking Life 101. It was other women in her community who helped her not only survive but to learn how to navigate adulthood. Jill knew she wanted to someday create an organization that would help young women transition into fulfilling, sustainable lives.
At FearLess, we believe all women+ have something to offer and something to learn. Regardless of their stage or status, we provide a community where they can mentor and be mentored, learn and lead, connect and be connected.
In 2022, FearLess is on track to serve and support over 350 women from the Dallas community as they create fulfilling and sustainable lives for themselves.
FearLess Dallas is an organization that provides women and gender minorities ages 18+ valuable life skills to help them acquire a sustainable career, establish a healthy living environment, and learn self-care practices through the case management, group classes, and mentorship opportunities.
In 2022, we are on track to reach our goal of supporting 350 women+. And, we are at our current capacity and case load for one-on-one clients.
To provide services for more women, we know we need additional support from qualified case managers.
Your donation goes directly toward hiring three additional case managers to increase our capacity to provide one-on-one counseling and educational programs. With this additional support, we have set the ambitious and achievable goal of serving 1,400 women and gender minorities to achieve a fulfilling and sustainable life in 2023.
