1. Boots-to-Ground: Homeless Outreach Initiative
Every Sunday at 4 PM, we step out into the community to meet our unsheltered friends right where they are. This program provides hot meals, hydration kits, hygiene products, clothing, shoes, and encouragement to men, women, and children experiencing homelessness. Beyond physical needs, we focus on restoring dignity, building relationships, and offering a message of hope and compassion.
2. Steps Forward: Transitional Support
Homelessness doesn’t end with one meal. Through Steps Forward, we provide resources that help individuals take meaningful steps toward stability—such as referrals to shelters, access to job opportunities, connections to housing support, and guidance for essential documents. Our goal is to empower each person to move from surviving to thriving, one step at a time.
3. Harvest of Hope: Community Partnerships & Volunteer Engagement
We believe in the power of collaboration. Harvest of Hope brings together businesses, churches, civic groups, and volunteers to multiply our impact. By partnering with others, we are able to provide more food, clothing, and services while also giving volunteers a hands-on opportunity to serve and witness the power of community unity in action.
4. Hope Market Mobile: Mobile Grocery Program
Food insecurity doesn’t only affect the homeless—it impacts families across Fort Worth. Our Hope Market Mobile brings groceries directly into neighborhoods that lack consistent access to fresh and nutritious food. By distributing essentials like produce, pantry staples, and household items, we help families stretch their budgets while ensuring no one goes hungry.
5. Annual Community Christmas Giveaway
Christmas is a season of joy, and we believe every child deserves to feel it. At our annual Christmas Giveaway, we distribute toys, bikes, coats, shoes, and teen gifts to hundreds of children. Families also receive food, hygiene products, and holiday cheer. This event is made possible through the generosity of donors, volunteers, and partners who believe in creating memories of hope and love that last far beyond the holiday season.
6. Diaper DelightsDiaper Delights is a compassionate outreach program dedicated to easing the burden on parents and caregivers in need by providing one of the most essential and often most expensive, items for infants and toddlers: diapers.
Many families face difficult choices between purchasing diapers and covering other basic necessities. Diaper Delights steps in to bridge that gap by distributing diapers, wipes, and related baby care essentials to struggling households throughout the community.
This program not only helps keep little ones clean, dry, and healthy, but also brings peace of mind to parents who are striving to provide the best for their children under challenging circumstances. Each package is given with love, dignity, and encouragement, reminding families that they are not alone.
