Empty Hand Open Heart was created out of the desire to empower women who have experienced abuse and/or sex trafficking. Helping these women evolve from being a victim to seeing themselves strong and whole through love, prayer, and self defense training is our goal.

Any woman that we are introduced to through our partners that are looking for our type of training will receive help. No one will be turned away.
