EmpowerPix is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that affirms the dignity, worth, and value of underserved Dallas-Fort Worth graduates through free senior portraits, a graduate recognition experience, and an alumni community.
We believe every graduate deserves to experience one of life's most important milestones with honor, recognition, and encouragement. Through our GOAL (Gift of a Lifetime) program, we provide professional senior portraits, keepsakes, a graduate celebration, and an ongoing community of support at no cost to students and families. These experiences honor each graduate's achievement and remind them they matter as they step into their next chapter.
What began as a grassroots effort funded by community generosity has grown into a movement that has celebrated more than 250 graduates from 70+ high schools and colleges across Dallas-Fort Worth. Last season, supporters helped us provide milestone experiences for 50 GOAL Honorees. After participating in the program, 96% of graduates reported feeling more confident and valued, demonstrating the lasting impact of being seen and celebrated.
Our 2027 goal is to serve 100 graduates. This North Texas Giving Day, we are raising $10,000 to fund our first 50 graduate experiences. A gift of $200 sponsors one graduate's complete EmpowerPix experience, including professional senior portraits, keepsakes, graduate celebration, and community network at no cost to the graduate or their family.
Together, we can ensure more Dallas-Fort Worth graduates begin their next chapter feeling seen, celebrated, and supported.

Current needs include:
• Funding for the GOAL program (Class of 2027 graduating season) - portrait session sponsorships ($200 per graduate)
• Celebration event support and sponsorships
• Professional printing and framing resources
• Volunteer photographers and event volunteers
• Corporate and community partners committed to investing in graduate success

We intentionally serve students from underserved communities, including youth in foster care, students from military families, students with disabilities, those experiencing homelessness under the McKinney-Vento Act, and graduates facing financial hardship.
