EmpowerED Outreach is a Royse City–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals heal from trauma through education, empowerment, and community connection. We serve Hunt County, Rockwall County, Royse City, and the East Dallas area with trauma-informed workshops, wellness programs, and empowerment events that inspire confidence, self-worth, and personal growth.

Your gift helps us remove barriers to participation by providing free childcare, accessible resources, and inclusive spaces where survivors can learn, heal, and thrive. Together, we can create a community where every individual feels seen, supported, and empowered to reclaim their voice and live fully.

Giving Activity

Mission

EmpowerED Outreach exists to educate, heal, and empower individuals ages 17 and older impacted by childhood trauma by providing trauma-informed education, supportive community resources, and financial assistance for professional therapy services. Through advocacy, awareness, and access to healing opportunities, we help individuals reclaim their voice, restore their confidence, and build healthier futures.

Needs

EmpowerED Outreach is working to remove financial barriers to healing for individuals ages 17 and older impacted by childhood trauma. Our greatest need is funding to provide access to licensed trauma therapy for community members who otherwise could not afford services.

Donations support:

Funding trauma therapy sessions through licensed mental health professionals

Educational workshops focused on healing, resilience, boundaries, and healthy relationships

Support groups and community healing programs

Educational materials and resources for participants

Outreach efforts that connect survivors with available support services

Our goal is to fund 100 trauma therapy sessions in 2026, helping survivors access the professional care needed to begin or continue their healing journey.

Every donation helps create a pathway to hope, healing, and empowerment for individuals in Rockwall County, Hunt County, and surrounding East Dallas communities.

Examples of Impact:

$40 helps provide educational and healing resources.

$80 funds approximately one trauma therapy session.

$400 can fund multiple therapy sessions for someone beginning their healing journey.

$800 can help provide ongoing therapeutic support for a survivor in need.

Together, we are turning donations into healing opportunities and lasting change

Equity Statement

EmpowerED Outreach is committed to creating safe, inclusive, and accessible spaces for all individuals, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, ability, or background. We believe equity means meeting people where they are, removing barriers to participation, and ensuring every voice is heard and valued. Our programs, partnerships, and leadership reflect our dedication to diversity, representation, and the belief that healing and empowerment are rights—not privileges.
