Empower 7

Each year, thousands of vulnerable youth are entering adulthood without stability, life skills, direction or hope. Without a safe, stable support system, they are at risk of living in chronic poverty, becoming homeless, or being incarcerated. But together, we can change this!

Empower 7’s top priority in empowering vulnerable youth is to build the Empower 7 Ranch, a Christ-centered residential community for foster care teens and aged-out youth who are struggling to navigate adulthood on their own. The Empower 7 Ranch will provide these youth a safe place to call home. Through our transformative programs offered at the Empower 7 Ranch, youth will heal from trauma and build physical, cognitive, moral, psychological, social, emotional, and spiritual competence. Youth will prepare for independent living, form healthy relationships, and discover their God-given purpose. Empowered to reach their full potential, youth will become thriving, purposeful adults who are equipped to go after their dreams!

While planning for the Empower 7 Ranch, we are collaborating with youth-serving organizations to close the gaps that prevent at-risk, underserved, North Texas youth from thriving. Our Blessings & Growth Programs addresses at-risk youth’s immediate or emergency needs and provides them with learning experiences to shape their future. Program activities provide critical support to the family structure and improve the overall well-being of the young people we serve. As we help youth in our communities rise above their challenges, they feel valued, grow in confidence, and are motivated to develop the skills and wisdom necessary to succeed in life.
