Across North Texas, thousands of teens and young adults are entering adulthood without a safe place to live, trusted relationships, or the basic tools to navigate life. Many are aging out of foster care, experiencing homelessness, or trying to survive without the support of family.
Without ongoing, healthy resources and skillsets, youth from foster care are at high risk of becoming homeless, incarcerated, or trafficked. They don’t need a second chance—they need a first one.
Empower 7 is a Christian, faith-based ministry committed to giving vulnerable youth that first chance—to discover their God-given purpose and reach their full potential. Rooted in Christ’s commandments to care for orphans and to love our neighbors, we serve teens in foster care, aged-out youth navigating adulthood alone, unaccompanied or homeless youth, and young people at risk of family separation due to crisis.
Our faith-rooted, trauma-informed framework includes three progressive program tiers—Blessings, Growth, and Launch—that reflect a young person’s natural development from crisis to independence. Through these programs, youth receive emergency support, life skills training, mentorship, and long-term guidance for independent living.
While we prepare to build the Empower 7 Ranch—a Christ-centered residential community for foster and aged-out youth—we are already actively serving youth through two wraparound initiatives:
Neighborhood Watch supports vulnerable teens (ages 13–18) facing family instability or placement disruption.
RootedPath supports young adults (ages 18–24) as they transition into adulthood without family support.
These wraparound services provide consistent relational, practical, and spiritual support, forming a vital bridge between our current services and the expanded continuum of care that will be offered at the Ranch.
Your generosity makes all of this possible.
Thank you for helping us build hope—one life, one home, and one future at a time.
