EmpathyHQ is the rebranding from our previous name, Alliance Child & Family Solutions. Â The desire to rebrand is to be more inclusive of the individuals, couples, families, and communities we serve across all of Texas. Â Though our name and logo are changing, our Mission and Vision are clearer than ever.
OUR MISSION:Â To provide life-changing mental health services to Texans with a focus on vulnerable populations
OUR VISION: A resilient community with access to resources to live a healthy and authentic life
Children, adults, and families are resilient and can achieve incredible things when given the tools and support they need, but we need your help to accomplish this goal!
When you donate to EmpathyHQ, you are helping to provide services for someone who could not afford to pay for therapy. You are helping strengthen our Therapists with intense training to aid Clients in healing from deep trauma. You are allowing us to perform outreach to educate communities that counseling is for the strong, not the weak, and that services are available no matter how rural or impoverished the community. Your gift means building into communities, children, adults, and families as they seek to resolve difficult life events or feelings of depression and anxiety.
Our Needs
As we continue to grow and establish connections in our community to provide accessible services, our needs have grown as well. Our current needs are to fund our current programs and services that we provide throughout North Texas alongside other organizations advocating for increased accessible mental health services. Our programs include:Â
-Greater Access & Partnership Program (GAPP): We work with Texas incarcerated juvenile justice-involved youth to reduce recidivism rates and establish continuity of care for successful reentry upon program discharge. Our team of therapists provide evidence-based interventions, clinical care, and recovery services to individuals involved in this program with the services they need before and after discharge.Â
-Alliance Afterschool (AAS) : This partnership with local Community Centers and Fort Worth ISD provides on-site group therapy and social-emotional learning services to children from low socioeconomic backgrounds. Our goal is to help improve public health and wellness by working with disproportionately impacted children and their families and providing them with accessible and affordable (it's FREE!) care. We need your support to help supply our groups and provide these great services to those who may not be able to easily access them.
With your help, we can continue to provide our services to make a difference in our communities.
