Through interviews with local change-makers, volunteer opportunities, event listings, and a nonprofit directory, we connect North Texas residents with causes worth showing up for — making it easy to find your next way to give back and get involved.
The Dallas Doing Good Fellowship Program equips high school and college-aged students with essential skills in writing, interviewing, and media relations. Through a structured curriculum, we give participants from historically under-resourced communities hands-on journalism training and civic awareness, empowering them to become future community leaders.
Our editorial team and Fellows purposefully report on helpers, leaders, entrepreneurs, and solutions across the region, with a focus on collaboration and long-term impact. As part of our commitment to strengthening the local news ecosystem, we partner with organizations like the Communities Foundation of Texas to amplify impact storytelling and expand journalism training opportunities for young adults.
