Downtown Dallas, Inc. Foundation is the charitable arm of Downtown Dallas, Inc. whose purpose is to help make the area in and around Downtown Dallas a more vibrant and livable place for both daytime and permanent residents by promoting the development of parks and open spaces, diverse cultural, educational and recreational resources, and amenities.
Downtown Dallas, Inc.'s mission is to stimulate a vibrant and sustainable environment, improve infrastructure, enhance economic competitiveness, create an inclusive urban center, position the area as a global destination, and foster innovation and technology in all aspects.
The Downtown Dallas, Inc. Foundation (DDIF) is the charitable division of Downtown Dallas, Inc. (DDI). Created in 2018, the DDI Foundation supports the DDI mission through specific and finite charitable projects, contributions, fundraising activities, and public- private partnerships that promote sound and effective and community development and redevelopment in and around Downtown Dallas.

The DDI Foundation has previously been able to support our local DISD schools (CityLab High School) and provide things like enhanced playgrounds in our parks.
