We greatly impact the visually impaired or deal with sight issues by donating funds for research and/or programs to help. We volunteer at pre-schools checking children's sight with SPOTS machines and then recommend seeing a Doctor if needed or if they may need glasses. We have vision screened so many children over the past 30 years and helped provide assistance that otherwise would have gone undetected or may not have had the means to get assistance. We donate funds to other non profit organizations that support medical research, education, and services for the visually impaired.

Mission
The Delta Gamma Foundation of Dallas, Inc. ("DGFD") is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting Service for Sight by raising funds to help provide services, public awareness, and resources regarding all areas of sight, and to supporting educational endeavors.
Needs
Current needs are to raise $4,000 so we can help support the youth research effort at The Retina Foundation.
Equity Statement
Our donations to other non-profit organziations help and support children and adults with eye sight diseases and blindness. Through our donations, we are able to serve all races, ethnicities, and genders to help the people their programs serve.
