For 30 years, DAHC has provided stable, affordable housing for residents across Denton County. Today, we operate nearly 100 scattered-site units, serving individuals, families, seniors, and people living with disabilities who need more than just a roof over their heads - they need a foundation for stability.
We pair housing with supportive services that help residents thrive, including assistance with food and utilities, home furnishings and supplies, job training, and enrichment opportunities like gardening and cooking classes. Dedicated case managers work one-on-one with each resident, offering guidance and support every step of the way.
At DAHC, we don’t just provide housing - we create pathways for people to flourish.
Mission
Denton Affordable Housing Corporation is a community focused non-profit devoted to working collaboratively to increase the supply of affordable housing and to provide supportive services to underserved residents of Denton County.
Needs
- Donations to pay the best of the best for our wraparound services in all our housing.
- Donations to help provide starter kits for new residents who might move in with only the clothes on their backs.
- Community support to allow us to serve as many people as possible.
