Cupid's Animal Haven is a 501c3 non-profit organization that offers a permanent home to less adoptable cats. These include cats with Feline Leukemia, FIV, senior cats, cats with injuries that make outdoor living unsafe and cats with a disposition that makes them unadoptable. Our spaces include climate controlled indoor spaces with enclosed safe outdoor areas. Vet care is provided by local veterinarians, Dr. Hampton and Dr. Burke, and the staff at Vista Animal Hospital and Rehab in Aledo. These cats come from other local rescues, citizens, and local municipal shelters. In many cases, we were these cat's only chance to survive due to massive overpopulation of cats in North Texas.
Mission
We believe that every cat deserves a safe and loving home regardless of whether they are sick, injured, feral or aged. Sterilization is the most effective way to prevent overpopulation and suffering of cats, but we do offer a permanent home to less-adoptable animals that need a safe and loving place to live.
