Our Mission at Create Her Foundation is to empower girls ages 10–17 by providing personal, educational, and financial resources through mentorship and enrichment programs. We are committed to equipping young girls with the tools they need to grow into confident, capable, and purpose-driven leaders.

Through our 10-month CreateHER Mentorship Program and college initiatives like C4Her, girls gain access to meaningful relationships, hands-on experiences, educational opportunities, and real-world exposure that expand what they see as possible for themselves and their futures.

How We Empower Her For a Brighter Future

CreateHER Mentorship Program

The CreateHER Mentorship Program is a 10-month journey designed to help girls build confidence, discover their potential, and prepare for what comes next.

Each participant is paired with a dedicated mentor who provides guidance, encouragement, accountability, and a safe space to grow.

Through monthly mentoring sessions, enrichment activities, leadership development, and real-world experiences, girls develop skills that extend beyond the program and into adulthood.

The journey culminates in our Annual Recognition Ceremony, where each participant is celebrated for her growth and receives her CreateHER Certification.

Leadership Development
Girls explore identity, self-esteem, wellness, professional development, leadership, and community service while learning to recognize their voice and value.

Educational Readiness
Girls engage in college exploration, academic enrichment, and S.T.E.A.M. learning that connects education to future opportunities.

Financial Literacy
Girls develop practical skills in budgeting, money management, financial decision-making, and entrepreneurship to help them build a strong financial future.

C4Her College Initiative

C4Her stands for ChallengeHer, CultivateHer, ConnectHer, and CelebrateHer.

Through C4Her, girls ages 13 to 17 are exposed to college campuses and higher education experiences that broaden their horizons and help them envision new possibilities for their futures.

College tours give girls the opportunity to experience university environments firsthand, explore potential pathways, and begin seeing themselves in spaces they may not have previously imagined.
