I have been involved in after-school programing for 23 years. Many of my volunteers are children who have been raised in my previous after-school program, I cannot count the high school and college graduates who continue to be involved by volunteering and helping out or just keeping in touch. All my current board members are former children who have grown up at one of my after-school programs and graduated college.
Your gifts on North Texas Giving Day helps support the Birchwood after-school program, serving inner-city children throughout the year with lunch, snacks, camps, school supplies and field trips.

Community Concern provides quality programs for young people to promote Christian values, to build healthy families and strong relationships, and to provide safe environments.
Our needs have expanded and we are in need of a small trailer and some storage space for distributing much needed clothing, furniture, kitchenware, home décor and household items.
