Wombs in Waiting (WIW) is a non-profit 501c3 organization established to bring awareness to infertility and the options that parents have available to explore on their pathway to parenthood. We focus on educating the community, building community and giving back to the infertility community to help them on their journey.
To establish a community of supporters who assist with building a safe space for individuals and couples experiencing infertility by sharing lived experiences, listening to their challenges, contributing to financial assistance for families to explore options to become parents all in an effort to bring awareness resolution to infertility.
Donations are needed to support future grants and the Path to Parenthood PAC to assist families in building a family in light of fertility challenges.
As an advocate for infertility awareness, Wombs In Waiting (WIW) is committed to building an increased understanding of infertility and how it impacts our communities. We recognize the subject has historically been taboo and that women and men are suffering in hidden spaces that has resulted in lack of education, financial support as well as access to support groups. We will build a powerful network of organizations and individuals to become change agents with an opportunity before us to create positive systemic change. We believe that nonprofits that prioritize engaging diverse perspectives on common experiences and evolve to be inclusive, behave equitably and have profound impacts on society.
