WHO WE ARE
Cornerstone Christian Academy in McKinney, Texas, is a private Christian school dedicated to providing a high-quality education rooted in biblical principles. As a University-Model® School, the academy blends the best aspects of traditional schooling and homeschooling. The majority of students attend classes 3 days a week on campus Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, while studying from home on Tuesday and Thursday. Cornerstone Christian Academy offers a comprehensive curriculum for students from Kindergarten through 12th grade, focusing on academic excellence, spiritual growth, and character development. The academy aims to nurture the whole child by fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment where students can thrive both educationally and spiritually. OUR NEED
This year we are focusing on one very practical, but absolutely vital need for our students:
AN ADDITIONAL SCHOOL VAN and FLEET MAINTENANCE
At Cornerstone Christian Academy, we believe education goes beyond the classroom. Our students grow through athletic competition, immersion trips, service opportunities, and special events that shape both their faith and character. To make these experiences possible, reliable transportation is essential.
Our current vans have served us faithfully, but with growing programs and increased student participation, the need for additional safe and dependable transportation has become urgent. Whether it’s carrying athletes to practices and games, taking students on immersion trips that deepen their faith and broaden their academic learning, or traveling to events where they represent our school and our mission, this van will directly impact every CCA student. Mission
Cornerstone Christian Academy is committed to partner with parents in developing the academic, athletic, creative, and moral virtues of students to become Christian disciples who are ready to fulfill their specific God-given purpose.
Needs
We’re currently seeking support to purchase a new van to safely and reliably transport students to games, meets, field trips, and immersion events.
In addition to adding a new van, we also need to make essential improvements to our current fleet to ensure all of our vehicles are safe, dependable, and ready for the road.
