Our vision is to become a transformational leader in providing relevant opportunities through dynamic programs, talent pipeline creation, and unique networking in order to build future generational leaders.
Our organization is fundraising to bolster fundraising efforts for scholarships for underserved communities, eSTEAM events, Financial Empowerment workshops, and other related events
The NETwork DFW is committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment where employees can thrive, both professionally and personally. We recognize the historical and systemic barriers that have disproportionately affected communities and are dedicated to dismantling these barriers within our organization.
We strive to create pathways for leadership development and career growth for employees.
Celebrate the unique cultural contributions of employees, while building cross-cultural understanding across all groups.
Promote a workplace that values inclusion as foundational principles to drive innovation, creativity, and a sense of belonging.
Our ERG serves as a collective voice to amplify the concerns, ideas, and aspirations of employees. Together, we are building a stronger, more just organization, where every individual has the opportunity to succeed.
