Church World Service (CWS) Dallas welcomes refugees, immigrants, and asylum-seekers from around the globe into lives of freedom, hope, and opportunity through direct services, advocacy, leadership development, and relationship-building in our community. Dallas is one of only 12 official welcoming cities in the US and consistently welcomes some of the largest numbers of newcomers in the country each year. CWS Dallas offers welcome and housing services, economic empowerment and self-sufficiency services, extended case management, and immigration legal services to newcomers creating their home in Dallas.
