In 2003, a simple but powerful idea took root at Preston Road Church of Christ — that every person, regardless of income or insurance status, deserves access to quality healthcare. That idea became Christ's Family Clinic, and more than two decades later, that belief still drives everything we do.
What sets Christ's Family Clinic apart is our commitment to comprehensive, preventative care. While many charity clinics focus on treating immediate symptoms, we focus on the whole person — managing chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and cardiac disease so our patients can live longer, healthier, more productive lives. We are not just treating illness. We are changing outcomes.
Our patients are the hardworking men and women of Dallas — people who show up every day, contribute to this community, and simply do not have access to health insurance through their employer or the financial means to afford it on their own. They are not looking for a handout. They are looking for a chance.
Christ's Family Clinic receives zero State, Federal, or United Way funding. Every exam, every lab test, every follow-up appointment is made possible entirely by the generosity of donors like you. The mission of Christ’s Family Clinic is simple: provide high-quality health care to the uninsured in an atmosphere of dignity and respect, regardless of race or religion.
Care is available to any uninsured adult, 18 years old or older, who does not have private or government-provided health insurance and who is not currently a patient or enrolled in any other charitable health care clinic or facility.
Behind every appointment at Christ's Family Clinic is a real person — someone who woke up that morning not knowing where to turn, and found us. Because of you, we were there.
