Our services address nearly every barrier women in poverty might face, including safe housing, early childhood education, access to clinical counseling, and financial and emotional instability. For more than 100 years, CTL has served as a catalyst for change, working against inequality by disrupting the cycles of poverty and homelessness. CTL understands the role that racial, educational and economic inequities have played in creating and maintaining poverty. Working alongside women and their children, CTL addresses these barriers, providing opportunities and tools to help families overcome social and economic injustice.
