Braveheart Animal Rescue

A nonprofit organization

We further our purposes under this program by conducting the following activities: We rescue unwanted, abandoned, injured, or ill companion animals -- primarily from "high kill" shelters and owner surrenders. We place these animals in foster homes where they can receive proper veterinary care, rehabilitation, and rest in order to prepare them to go to their forever homes.

Our Needs

Braveheart is always in need of funds for the basic vetting (spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchips, heartworm prevention) and medical care (such as dentals, luxating patella surgery and heartworm treatment) needed by the majority of dogs we take into our rescue. We are also always in need of foster homes and volunteers! The more funds, foster homes and volunteers we have, the more dogs we can save!

Mission

Braveheart Animal Rescue is a nonprofit organization setup to rescue animals in need and educate the public on the importance of responsible pet ownership. We rescue unwanted, abandoned, injured, or ill companion animals, primarily from "high kill" shelters. We place these animals in foster homes where they can receive proper veterinary care, rehabilitation, and rest in order to prepare them to go to their forever homes.
