To sustain and scale Bonton United’s work:
Program Manager or Director (PT or FT) – to lead and manage program delivery
Administrative Assistant (PT) – to support day-to-day operations
Accounting/Bookkeeping Support – to ensure financial compliance
Program Supplies & Materials – office, printing, training materials
CRM or Data Tracking Software – to measure impact and manage engagement
Grant Writing/Development Consultant – for funding growth
