Be a Cyclebreaker: North Texas Giving Day 2026
$0 Raised
The Be VicTORIEus Foundation has an active and growing presence across Dallas-Fort Worth, with roots as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Founded in November 2023 by our Executive Director, Dr. E'Toyare "Torie" McDonald-Williams, Ed.D., our foundation exists to break generational cycles of trauma through ACEs education, awareness, and community-centered healing.
Our Why? Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) are more common than most people realize — and their impact doesn't stay in childhood. They show up in our health, our relationships, our parenting, and our communities. Be VicTORIEus Foundation believes that awareness is the first step toward healing, and that every person has the power to become a Cyclebreaker.
Our Approach?
We use the proprietary A.C.E. Method™ Framework
— Awareness + Community = Empowerment —
to deliver trauma-informed education that is accessible, practical, and transformational. Our programs include:
ACEs 101 Workshops — Community education on understanding and healing from Adverse Childhood Experiences
Train-the-Trainer Certification — Equipping educators, coaches, and community leaders to bring ACEs education into their own spaces
ACE Ambassador Program — A growing national movement of everyday Cyclebreakers raising awareness in their communities
Scholarship Programs — Supporting first-generation students through scholarships honoring Tevin Newman, Brittanee Foster, and Antonio Laye
Be VicTORIEus Podcast — 100+ episodes of real conversations about trauma, healing, and breaking cycles
A.C.E. International Awareness Conference — Our annual gathering bringing together educators, clinicians, community leaders, and survivors committed to change
Our Impact? For over 30 years, our founder has been mentoring, educating, and empowering communities — beginning at age 16. Today, Be VicTORIEus Foundation carries that legacy forward, building a national movement where healing is not just possible — it is expected.
Our Vision? A world where every child grows up in a community that understands trauma, practices resilience, and breaks cycles — generation by generation.
Join us. Become a Cyclebreaker.💜 bevictorieus.com
Be VicTORIEus Foundation is dedicated to breaking generational cycles of trauma through Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) education. Using our proprietary A.C.E. Method™ — Awareness + Community = Empowerment — we equip individuals, families, and organizations across Chicagoland and Dallas-Fort Worth with the tools to recognize, address, and heal from childhood trauma.
Be VicTORIEus Foundation is a young and growing nonprofit with a big mission and a lean team. Every dollar donated through North Texas Giving Day directly fuels our ability to educate, empower, and equip Cyclebreakers across North Texas and beyond.
Here is where your support is needed most:
Cyclebreaker Shoe Drive
This fall, Be VicTORIEus Foundation is running a Cyclebreaker Shoe Drive to provide shoes for local youth in need. New shoes may seem small, but for a child, they can mean walking into a new school year with confidence instead of shame.
This drive runs now through North Texas Giving Day on September 17, 2026. Every donation — cash or in-kind — helps us reach our goal of providing shoes to youth in our community while advancing our broader mission of breaking generational cycles of trauma through ACEs education.
Be a Cyclebreaker. Help a kid start the year standing tall. 💜
Community Education & Outreach — Funding ACEs 101 workshops, community presentations, and free programming for individuals and families who cannot afford to pay
Train-the-Trainer Certification Scholarships — Covering certification costs for educators, social workers, coaches, and community leaders who want to bring ACEs education into their own spaces but lack financial resources
Student Scholarships— Expanding our scholarship programs honoring Tevin Newman, Brittanee Foster, and Antonio Laye to support more first-generation students pursuing higher education
Podcast & Digital Content Production — Sustaining the Be VicTORIEus Podcast and expanding our digital reach to bring ACEs education to more communities nationwide
A.C.E. International Awareness Conference — Supporting speakers, venue, and accessibility needs for our annual conference bringing together healers, educators, and Cyclebreakers
ACE Ambassador Program Expansion — Growing our national network of community advocates raising awareness about Adverse Childhood Experiences
Your gift does not just fund programs — it funds possibility.
Every donation tells a Cyclebreaker that their healing matters, their story has power, and their community stands with them.

At Be VicTORIEus Foundation, equity is not a buzzword — it is the foundation of everything we do.
Adverse Childhood Experiences do not impact all communities equally. Black, Brown, and low-income communities carry a disproportionate burden of trauma, often without access to the resources, language, or support needed to heal. Systemic inequities — rooted in racism, poverty, and generational neglect — have created cycles that are difficult to break without intentional, community-centered intervention.
We exist to close that gap.
Be VicTORIEus Foundation is committed to centering the voices, stories, and lived experiences of those most impacted by ACEs. Our programs are designed to be culturally responsive, accessible, and trauma-informed — meeting people where they are, not where systems expect them to be.
We believe that healing is a human right — not a privilege reserved for those with resources. That is why we offer free and low-cost programming, community scholarships, and open-access education to ensure that zip code, income, or background never determines whether someone gets the tools they need to break generational cycles of trauma.
Equity, for us, means every Cyclebreaker has a seat at the table — and the support to rise.
