Mission

At Be Their Voice Rescue, our mission is to provide a safe and loving refuge for animals who have been abandoned, abused, or face euthanasia. We are relentless in our efforts to end shelter killings and the cruelty of dog fighting. Every dog deserves love, and we are dedicated to making that a reality. We are also committed to educating communities about bully breeds, breaking stereotypes, and advocating for their right to live happy and fulfilling lives. Through compassion, education, and action, we strive to give every dog the second chance they deserve.

We believe equity means recognizing the unique challenges faced by the most vulnerable, and actively working to remove barriers that prevent them from thriving — whether they walk on four legs or two.

Our rescue prioritizes:

• Advocacy for stigmatized breeds, especially Pit Bulls and power breeds, who are often overlooked, misunderstood, or unfairly judged.

• Support for underserved communities by offering education, access to resources, and a judgment-free path to responsible pet ownership.

• Inclusive adoption practices that embrace all individuals and families, regardless of race, gender, age, income, or background, as long as they are ready to provide a safe, loving home.

• A diverse volunteer and foster network, where everyone is valued, respected, and empowered to speak up, take action, and be the voice for the voiceless.
