Avant Chamber Ballet

Our goal is to preserve the heritage of classical dance while evolving the art form through new works and the power of live music.

We are committed to presenting free classes, workshops and performances all over Dallas and meeting people in their neighborhoods to make art easily accessible for everyone.  We believe that our art should reflect the city of Dallas and that what we create belongs to everyone.

Our Needs

Avant is fundraising $20,000 for the two things:

1. The 2026-27 school year of First Steps - free dance training in South and West Dallas.

2. Dance floors and mirrors to finish out our new studio. Our current floor is over 12 years old and we need mirrors installed on the wall in our main dance studio. We are also finishing out the third studio in our building to make more space for rehearsals and classes each day!
