The Arlington Woman's Club provides scholarships to graduating seniors from each of the Arlington high schools who will be continuing their education at a college or trade school in the coming year. We also provide a scholarship to first responder's graduating senior. In addition to scholarships, donations are made to support local charities.
Arlington Woman’s Club (AWC) is an organization of women primarily living in the Arlington, Texas area who participate in club activities designed to promote and develop the potential of its members through education and to the benefit of the community through philanthropic projects.
Funding is needed to assist us in our mission to provide educational support in the form of scholarships and community assistance for food insecure children in Arlington schools. Additionally, we support the needs of elderly citizens in nursing facilities and homeless families in the Arlington Life Shelter.
The Arlington Woman's Club values diversity, equity, and inclusion. From our leadership and membership to the community in which we reside and support, our goal is to provide philanthropic opportunities for our members to continue the support and celebrate the community as we have for 65 years.
