The Arlington Community Band is committed to growing into a fully self-reliant musical organization, and your support helps make that vision possible. While we proudly own much of our core percussion equipment, we’re working to expand our collection with instruments, and to cover essential ongoing costs such as storage, transportation, rising rehearsal and performance space fees, uniforms, music, and advertising. With your generosity, we can also take a major step toward sustainability by purchasing a dedicated cargo trailer, allowing us to transport our percussion equipment efficiently and affordably to every concert. Your gift directly strengthens our ability to serve the community with high-quality, accessible musical performances all year long.
The mission of the Arlington Community Band is to provide free or low cost performances and promote the love and appreciation of music to the greater Arlington area. We strive to perform quality concert band literature that will entertain, inspire, educate and enhance the cultural life of our patrons and performers. We strive to encourage continued development of artistic talents, leaderships skills, and performance accomplishments by serving as volunteer musicians.
