The ARBOR Community Service Foundation is the charitable arm of ARBOR REALTORS®, dedicated to strengthening North Texas communities through service, advocacy, and support. We fund nonprofit initiatives and lead volunteer projects that improve quality of life across Ellis, Hill, and Tarrant Counties.
Through our Neighborhood Assistance Program, we help homeowners with physical limitations, fixed incomes, or other challenges improve the exterior of their homes or remedy city code violations, ensuring they can live with dignity and pride.
As a nonprofit, we rely entirely on donations and volunteers to carry out our mission. Every dollar contributed goes directly toward helping homeowners within our association boundaries.

Mission
Through our Neighborhood Assistance Program, we provide support to homeowners within Ellis, Hill, and Tarrant Counties to address exterior repairs or remedy city code violations at no cost to the homeowner. Our goal is to preserve dignity, improve neighborhoods, and ensure that everyone has a safe, well-maintained place to call home.
