Arabella Wellness Center is a woman veteran founded nonprofit transforming lives through trauma-informed wellness care for women in caregiving roles—especially women veterans, healthcare professionals, and educators across North Texas.
We provide personalized, virtual care that meets women where they are and helps them reconnect with who they truly are. Through our programs, women discover the rest, healing, and support they didn't know they needed but absolutely deserve.
Our Signature Program, Resiliency Pathways: This 3-month cohort-based wellness journey combines peer support, grounding movement, somatic tools, trauma-informed education, and strengths-based resilience building. Women learn to regulate their nervous systems, build community, and heal from chronic stress, burnout, and trauma often carried silently.
Funding Goal, 30 Healing Journeys: We're raising $27,000 to sponsor 30 women through complete Resiliency Pathways experiences—giving them the tools and community support to reclaim their voices and transform their lives.

1. Program Operations and Staffing: Funding is needed for hiring additional specialists to expand service offerings.
2. Partnership Development: Support is required to maintain partnerships with healthcare systems, Veteran services, and educational institutions, enabling collaborative programs and resource sharing.
3. Community Outreach: Resources are necessary for marketing, digital campaigns, and community events to raise awareness of Arabella’s services and engage potential clients through targeted outreach efforts.
4. Program Expansion: Investment is needed to enhance existing services.
5. Data and Impact Measurement: Funding is required for data collection tools, software, and analysts to track client outcomes, measure program effectiveness, and support strategic planning and donor reporting.
