The Why
At Arabella Wellness Center, we support the women who support everyone else.
She’s the one holding it all together—at home, at work, in her community. A veteran. A healthcare provider. An educator. A caregiver. From the outside, she’s steady and strong. But inside, she’s worn down. Isolated. Running on empty.
These are the women we serve. Women who give everything to others—and often have nowhere to turn when they need care themselves.
Arabella is their place to pause. To breathe. To feel seen again.
We don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. We create space—safe, trauma-informed, and led by people who understand.
Whether it’s a peer support circle, an oral health education session, or a simple conversation that says, “You matter,” we’re building a community of care—one woman at a time.
Your support makes that possible.
What We Do
We provide trauma-informed wellness services designed for the real-life burnout and invisible wounds our clients carry.
Mental Wellness Planning that honors military trauma, chronic stress, and compassion fatigue
Body-Based Solutions like restorative bodywork, nutritional guidance, and oral health education
Peer-Led Programs that center belonging, not just behavior change (i.e., Qavah Circle, Resiliency Pathways)
Community workshops and events for women on the frontlines of caregiving
Our team includes women with lived experience—veterans, clinicians, leaders, educators, moms, and thrivers.
How We've Served

Resiliency Pathways: a strengths-based wellness program rooted in somatic nervous system regulation and peer connection. The peer-led circle runs for six weeks, but participants remain connected through ongoing care, wellness tools, and community events over three months. Graduates are invited to pay it forward by training as peer facilitators, creating a ripple effect of support. We completed our first cohort this summer and will launch our second on September 10— recruitment is open now. Arabella is proud to support women veterans transitioning into the region.
Service Delivery: All of Arabella’s evidence-based offerings are available as standalone services for clients or through community wellness partners. We also package these services into our signature programs to ensure continuity of care. Every touchpoint is built to restore the nervous system, promote healing, and honor the full story of each woman we serve.
Community Education & Events: Healing is easier when you don’t have to do it alone. Arabella creates spaces for connection, learning, and collective care through creative arts workshops, burnout prevention events, and psychoeducational sessions. In May 2025, we hosted our inaugural Strength through Service Wellness Summit—and we’re just getting started. Join us for our community healing arts workshop on September 12th, and our Wellness in Action 5K on October 25.

What Your Donation Does
When Community Shows Up
This isn’t just about one donation. It’s about changing what care looks like—for the women who’ve carried everything.
Your gift powers peer-led support, body-based education, creative expression for those navigating burnout and trauma, and the launch of our Wellness in Action campaign—starting with the 5K run/walk on October 25.
When you give, you remind her that healing isn’t a luxury. It’s her right.
When you show up, you tell her she’s not invisible—and never was.
When we work together, we create the kind of care that lasts.
GIVE BOLDLY. Because burnout shouldn’t be a woman’s legacy.
GIVE NOW. Because together, we’re redefining care.
