The American Heart Association aspires to ensure that every person is empowered to save a life, every resident can easily monitor their health, and every child is nourished.

We are proud to be the nation's leader in CPR education with over 100,000 Tarrant County adults and teens being trained each year in CPR, AED usage and basic life-saving skills. We are deeply committed to helping the community understand the importance of healthy lifestyle choices including providing science-based treatment guidelines to healthcare professionals. And we are regularly educating lawmakers, policymakers and the public as we advocate for changes that protect and improve the health of our North Texas residents.

Mission

To be a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives.

Needs

We must BE READY in the event of a cardiac arrest. Help the American Heart Association take a nation of bystanders to a Nation of Lifesavers with hands-only and traditional CPR.

Equity Statement

Championing Health Equity for All:

Removing barriers so everyone can enjoy a full, healthy life.
