The Adapt-Able Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization run by veterans. Our mission is to unite individuals with and without disabilities through therapeutic scuba diving. We offer the opportunity for adults, children, veterans, and first responders dealing with physical, emotional, or developmental challenges to enjoy the weightless environment of scuba diving. This unique experience provides increased freedom of movement, reduced chronic pain, and a calming atmosphere that is hard to find on land. Whether you're a seasoned scuba diver or instructor looking to give back, a caregiver interested in introducing a loved one to the experience, or someone whose life has been affected by illness or injury, there's a place for you here.

Mission

To unite the adaptive and able-bodied communities in creating opportunities for adults, children, veterans, and first responders with disabilities to experience the life-changing therapeutic benefits of scuba diving.

Needs

We are seeking funds to help provide opportunities for adults, children, veterans, and first responders with both visible and invisible disabilities to experience the therapeutic benefits of Scuba Diving. These life-changing opportunities help promote independence, self-confidence, and improved self-esteem, while also encouraging individuals to reach for other goals that might have seemed out of their reach.

The funds raised are needed to support our programs, which include providing free Try Scuba Experiences, as well as training and travel scholarships.

Equity Statement

Adapt-Able Foundation does not discriminate based on race, color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender, or disability in its programs.
