Able Faith was founded in 2020 with a mission to create a community where individuals with neurological disabilities and their caregivers could find strength, belonging, and hope. Our journey began with a recognition of the profound need for ongoing resources, support, and connection for those living with paralysis and other neurological conditions. In June 2023, we celebrated the grand opening of the Able Faith Center—a 6,000+ square foot facility located at 4350 Sigma Road, Suite 100, Dallas, TX 75244, near the Addison area of DFW. This space now hosts our expanding programs, including adaptive physical training, life skills classes, and community socials. It has become a vibrant hub of connection, progress, and encouragement for our members and their families.
Today, Able Faith is a growing, donor-funded nonprofit powered by a small but mighty staff, a dedicated team of volunteers, a strong and supportive Board of Directors, and the generosity of those who believe in our mission. Jose Martinez, one of our co-founders, continues to lead the day-to-day operations as CEO & President, guiding the mission with purpose and heart. Our services remain at little to no cost, ensuring that our community continues to have access to vital resources. At Able Faith, we believe that even in the face of paralysis, purpose and progress are always possible. Together, we help each other turn the page toward possibility.
