We help First Responders build their wellness & resiliency toolbox, teaching tactical strategies to combat stress through an interacive eight hour workshop.Â
Families of first responders serve as well. They sometimes experience the stress their first responder brings home, and some even take on the traumas of their first responder. In response, we created our First Responder Family Wellness and Resiliency Workshop where we help build resilient families, teaching techniques on good communication, how to explain PTSD to children, and provide a guide to help families navigate the changes they might see in their responder as they progress in their career.
Additionally, we assist first responders and first responder families seeking mental health assistance and programs should they request it.Â
Since 2020, we have served more than 350 first responders and their families in Texas.
