A health concern, housing transition, employment setback, transportation barrier, or family crisis can quickly become overwhelming, especially when someone does not know where to turn.

A Twist of Faith Outreach helps individuals and families find a trusted pathway forward.

Through our Community Health Ministry, we provide personalized resource navigation, community-based support, practical wellness education, transportation assistance, essential resources, and connections to trusted service providers.

We do more than hand someone a list of resources. We listen, help identify the next step, make meaningful connections, and provide follow-up support as individuals and families move toward greater health, stability, resiliency, and well-being.

Our North Texas Giving Day Goal

This North Texas Giving Day, our goal is to raise $5,000 to strengthen and expand our Community Health Ministry throughout Dallas and Collin Counties.

We help individuals and families identify their needs, understand available options, and connect with trusted healthcare, housing, employment, education, transportation, and community resources.

Community Outreach and Support
We meet people where they are through outreach initiatives, community events, essential support, and collaborative service opportunities.

Wellness Education
Led by a certified Community Resiliency Model (CRM) Teacher, our wellness workshops equip participants with practical skills for navigating stress and strengthening personal and community resiliency.

Strategic Partnerships
We collaborate with churches, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, educational institutions, service providers, volunteers, and community leaders to expand access to resources and strengthen community support networks.
