Founded in 2003, 3-N-1 Trinity Services initially focused on providing tutorial support for children with learning challenges. Since then, the organization has expanded its mission to meet the evolving needs of the community by delivering programs and resources that promote stability, self-sufficiency, and long-term success.
Our work is grounded in three core pillars: entrepreneurship, education through training, and employment skills. These pillars guide our efforts to empower individuals and families through practical learning opportunities, workforce development, and access to resources that support economic mobility.
3-N-1 Trinity Services is also deeply committed to providing housing and supportive services to individuals experiencing homelessness. We understand that stable housing is essential to creating a strong foundation for growth, recovery, and independence. By integrating housing support with educational and employment-based programming, we help create clear pathways toward stable living conditions and improved quality of life.
We proudly serve low- to moderate-income individuals and families, working to ensure equitable access to the support and opportunities needed to thrive. Backed by a dedicated team and a longstanding commitment to community impact, 3-N-1 Trinity Services remains focused on transforming lives through education, empowerment, housing, and hope.
Our mission is to educate, equip, and empower youth and adults, enabling them to become valuable assets in their communities and globally.
At 3-N-1 Trinity Services, every program we run is rooted in one mission: to educate, equip, and empower youth and adults so they can rise, thrive, and lead in their communities. To expand this impact, we’ve identified key needs that will allow us to serve more people with dignity and hope:
🚐 Pull Up to Empower – $25,000 Outreach Van
This new initiative has already fed 1000's of neighbors—including families, children, and those unhoused. With your help, we can raise $25,000 for a dedicated van to expand outreach, deliver meals, care kits, and essential resources directly into neighborhoods, and meet people where they are.
👩💼 Staffing Support
Both a full-time and part-time staff member are critical to growing our capacity, supporting daily operations, and ensuring we reach 100+ more participants each year with consistent, quality services.
🤝 Volunteers with Heart & Experience
Volunteers are the backbone of our programs. Mentors, coaches, and supporters play a direct role in guiding youth, entrepreneurs, and families toward brighter futures.
🏠 Transitional Housing
Safe housing is the foundation for self-sufficiency.
Summer 2026, we launched our very first transitional housing home in the 75215 zip code, and since opening, we have already housed 11 residents. This has been an exciting and meaningful step forward, but we know the work cannot stop here.
Our transitional housing program supports individuals who are unhoused by providing not only a safe place to live, but also access to the tools they need to rebuild their lives. Residents benefit from sobriety programs for those recovering from addiction, financial literacy support, cooking classes, and other valuable resources that help create a pathway toward healing, stability, and independence.
In Spring of 2027 our second home will open, which will serve women and children. This next phase is especially important.
📣 Awareness & Outreach
Marketing and campaign resources are vital to spreading the word, reaching those in need, and inviting more community members to join our mission.
💡 Seed Funding for Entrepreneurs
Through our Entrepreneurship & Workforce Readiness Program, we provide mini-grants and seed funding to innovators who want to launch businesses, create jobs, and strengthen the local economy. Expanding this support means more dreams turned into sustainable success stories.
✨ Every gift gets us closer to a future where youth are safe and thriving, adults have the skills and opportunities to succeed, and families in crisis are met with dignity and hope.
At 3-N-1 Trinity Services, we are deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment where every individual has the opportunity to thrive. Our mission is rooted in the belief that every person, regardless of race, gender, age, socio-economic status, or background, deserves access to the resources and support necessary to reach their full potential.
We recognize that systemic barriers and historical inequities have long impacted underserved communities. Therefore, our programs and services are designed with a deliberate focus on equity, ensuring that all individuals, particularly those from marginalized and underrepresented groups, receive the support they need to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
Our commitment to equity is reflected in our diverse team, inclusive practices, and community outreach efforts. We actively seek to engage with and uplift those who face the greatest challenges, and we continuously assess and adapt our approaches to address any disparities in access and opportunity.
We believe that by championing equity and inclusion, we can build a more just and vibrant community where everyone has the chance to succeed. We are dedicated to creating a culture of respect, understanding, and support that empowers all individuals to contribute their unique talents and perspectives.
