Needs

1. Funding for Program Expansion

We need financial support to expand our mentorship, leadership, and life-skills programs for boys and young men in Dallas and beyond. This includes curriculum development, program materials, and transportation for participants.

2. Technology & Equipment

To deliver high-quality training, we need laptops, tablets, and audio-visual equipment for workshops, as well as software for virtual learning and program management.

3. Volunteer Mentors & Trainers

We seek committed male and female volunteers who can serve as mentors, coaches, and role models, particularly those with expertise in leadership, entrepreneurship, trades, technology, and the arts.

4. Facility Partnerships

Access to community centers, classrooms, and event spaces where we can hold workshops, training sessions, and special events for boys and their families.

5. Sponsorship & Partnerships

Corporate and community partners to sponsor events, provide scholarships for program participants, and co-develop initiatives that align with our mission.

6. Marketing & Outreach Support

Resources to raise awareness of our programs—such as graphic design, social media advertising, and media partnerships—to reach more boys and families in need.

Equity Statement

Boys Lead Foundation is committed to creating a world where every boy, and young man regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, ability, sexual orientation, economic status, or background, has equal access to the tools, opportunities, and support needed to reach his full potential.

We recognize that systemic barriers and inequities disproportionately affect boys from underrepresented and underserved communities. Our programs are designed to actively remove these barriers by fostering inclusive spaces, amplifying diverse voices, and ensuring representation in our leadership, staff, and mentors.

We believe equity is achieved not only through fairness but through intentional action — providing the resources, mentorship, and advocacy necessary to level the playing field. Our commitment to equity drives every decision we make, every partnership we form, and every program we deliver.
