1st Place Foundation

1st Place Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization and the sister non-profit organization to 1st Place Care LLC. We are committed to fostering a happy and healthy North Texas community by providing support in the following ways:

1. Community Wellness Grants - 1st Place Foundation provides community wellness grants and charitable financial assistance to individuals and families to help offset the cost of health, wellness, and preventative care services. Assistance may include costs related to screenings, preventative treatments, and other health related services that promote improved health outcomes and community well-being.

2. Scholarships for Health-related Studies - 1st Place Foundation provides scholarships and other forms of educational financial assistance to students pursuing degrees, certificates, certifications, and credentials in health related fields. Scholarships may cover tuition, books, fees, testing, licensure, and related educational expenses. 

3. Professional Development Grants for Healthcare Workers - 1st Place Foundation provides professional development grants and educational support to current healthcare professionals and healthcare workers. These grants may be used to cover training costs, conference fees, license/renewal fees, and other professional development opportunities relevant to healthcare workers  and the healthcare industry.

We believe that by providing support in these areas we are able to ease our community's health needs both currently and as North Texas continues to grow.
