$10,000 Goal

NAF works to help our clients achieve self-sufficiency and mobility. There are no other agencies providing the customized support that we provide to ensure a quality of life. Our clients come to us by referral from hospitals, rehab centers and government agencies when they need assistance to stay independent and remain in their homes and schools. Our clients receive assistance as requested by their case managers and physicians. Adult clients receive tools to regain independence, employ-ability and mobility. Keeping them out of institutions is a priority. NAF's children receive tools to remain healthy, in school and in their homes.

NAF is 14 years old and we will help our 2,000th client in 2022. NAF is the agency of last resort when insurance can't or won't pay and no other agencies can help.
