For individuals, families, and seniors coping with a crisis situation or needing help stabilizing their lives, Metrocrest is an essential resource in the community; it is a place of hope, encouragement and provides a path to independence. After more than twenty years in the making, Metrocrest Services has a forever home right in the heart of community need.
The new facility, located at 1145 N. Josey Lane, Carrollton, TX 75006, allows Metrocrest Services to expand capacity, remove barriers to accessing services, and bring essential services from multiple providers to one central location. The expanded facility features a:

For 50 years, Metrocrest Services has provided hope and relief to individuals and seniors living in Addison, Carrollton, Coppell, Farmers Branch, and Dallas in Denton County. Metrocrest offers a comprehensive bundle of services to address gaps in finances, employment, and nutrition to holistically help end poverty.

But within the last year, we have created a DEI Committee of staff to further this cause. Initiatives have included training for board, staff and volunteers, decreasing barriers for clients who can't access services and increasing advocacy on housing, food insecurity, and the dangers of payday loans.
