$2,500 Goal

Successful students make successful schools- which make thriving communities. Everyone benefits when you support students! Through the years, Huffman PTA has successfully impacted and enriched the lives of hundreds of students entering our halls. Our fundraising efforts have resulted in improvements for the classroom and students: books, technology, playground equipment, cultural events, art supplies, mobile museums, class field trips, the school garden, and so much more.

Our Needs

Dollars raised by the Huffman PTA through fundraising efforts help to fill the gap in State and District funding, and support the educational programs of our students. This year, since we are unable to raise money in traditional ways, we depend now more than ever on your gifts to continue serving our students and our community!

Mission

The strength of Huffman's PTA lies in its membership - the parents, teachers, school administrators, business leaders and community members who devote themselves to making a positive difference in the lives of children. This year, more than any other, we will be depending on each other to navigate safely through these times of uncertainty and change. What will not change is our devotion to enriching the lives of our students and families!

Needs

Huffman Elementary is a Title 1 school here in Plano, Texas and our PTA is dedicated to making sure all our scholars have access to enriching opportunities to enhance learning. We need funds to help with field trips, student-led on campus clubs, author visits, Huff Talks, field day, and most importantly, our school food pantry.

Equity Statement

At the IB World School at Huffman Elementary, we strive to foster an environment of belonging and inclusion. Huffman PTA partners with the IB program to focus on the whole child and works to increase an understanding of languages and culture.
