At PC Home Health we love caring for the whole person, whether it's care needs, financial resources, or disease resources, we want to inform and educate families to our greatest abilities. Because of this, we have partnered with some awesome organizations that bring resources to families just like your own! Here is a little information about both organizations!
Dementia Care Warriors is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing non-medical assistance and resources to caregivers caring for those living with Alzheimer's and related dementia. We do this through support groups, symposiums, connections to resources, caregiver outings and more. We have worked closely with this organization for some time now and love what they are doing within our community!
Dominique Cares is dedicated to providing resources, support, services, recreation, and advocacy for individuals with disabilities and their families. They are also committed to developing, building and enhancing healthy relations through strategic community partnership. The work that the Dominique Cares Foundation provides is monumental in bringing a voice to the voiceless and we have participated in events with them for years!
