Making a positive impact in the communities where we work, play and live.
Our local offices are rooted in the communities where we do business, some with histories that go back more than 100 years. Together we mentor, volunteer, donate, and partner with organizations to give back to our neighbors and address some of society’s greatest challenges.
This year we launched our first ever region wide charitable initiative called Southwest Supports. Each office selected a local organization fighting food insecurity to support. Collectively we raised over $29,500 and donated over 5,400 food items. We are so proud of our colleagues for making a significant impact across the region!
Our colleagues have a heart for philanthropic work which is what inspired our region to launch Southwest Supports in the first place. Each local office still volunteers individually as they see need for it in their communities. Our Louisiana colleagues volunteered with their neighborhood food banks after they were awarded a local Top Workplace award! Colleagues often work with our community involvement group that plans volunteer opportunities every quarter. We regularly support causes such as food insecurity, animal shelters, back to school drives, and holiday angel trees.
