Glen Lake Camp & Retreat Center is a Christian retreat and conference center owned and operated by the Central Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church. Our unique, faith-based summer camp welcomes children, students, volunteers, and their families from all over the nation to experience God in fun-filled adventures and a journey creating disciples of Christ for the transformation of the world!
Beginning in the 1930's as a summer camp facility, Glen Lake Camp has expanded to be one of the premier retreat facilities in the Central Texas area, serving the needs of non-profit organizations such as churches, para-church organizations, schools, universities, government, and community agencies. Our 80+ acre main campus is situated on the Paluxy River in the heart of Glen Rose, Texas where our campers and guests can enjoy the beauty of God's creation as they slow down, focus, and rejuvenate.
