To accomplish our mission, we are committed to the following goals:
-Collect and document the history of Frisco utilizing oral, written, and visual mediums.
-Develop historical publications for the purpose of promotion, preservation, and education.
-Participate in cooperative efforts with other organizations to continually develop and promote Frisco Heritage Center.
-Encourage the preservation and restoration of historic buildings and sites.
Throughout the year, we partner with the Heritage Museum and Center to provide educational events relating to the heritage of our city and surrounding area. In the past, these have included Shawnee Trail Cowboy Day, Third Sunday at Heritage Center, Special Saturdays at the Museum and various monthly Heritage Meeting Presentations.

Our Needs

Donations for expenses related to heritage-related events, such as Shawnee Trail Cowboy Day or Special Saturdays at the Museum;
Donations for expenses related to researching, preserving and sharing information or items of historical significance in Frisco.

Mission

The Heritage Association of Frisco's mission is to research, preserve, and share Frisco's rich cultural and historical heritage in a manner that honors the past, builds a bridge between generations, and leaves a legacy for the future.
