$3,000 Goal

We are a member-run organization that provides many of the same social, educational and outreach services to the Freethought community as a traditional church does to believers, minus the dogma and mysticism. We think the name says it all. We are Freethinkers seeking Fellowship: a sense of connection, shared goals and meaningful friendships. We are committed to providing members with opportunities to connect with other Freethinkers, explore some of life's big questions, give back to the larger community, and form lasting friendships. Our Needs

We need donations in order to continue our social, educational and community service events. We hold 15-20 events each month, including speaking events, family picnics, game days, museum days, movie nights, pub nights, trivia nights, lunches, and telescope star-gazing. Our members also gather monthly to give back to the community through our monthly outreach efforts, including our AIDS Services Supper Club, our helping the homeless give-away and our Adopt-a-Highway program. At Fellowship of Freethought, we understand our children are our future. We provide an educational youth program at our monthly gathering and award Camp Quest scholarships every year. We also support secular home school co-ops and secular scouting organizations. We need volunteers and donations to continue our current efforts and expand our reach.

Mission

To create a positive impact on our shared world, our mission is to provide a community that values and promotes a freethinking life unencumbered by the biases of tradition, dogma, and authority and that encourages people to live a reason and evidence-based life characterized by close fellowship, ethical contemplation, critical thinking, community service, and the appreciation of scientific knowledge and understanding of the universe and our place in it.
