Every child deserves the opportunity to succeed in school, regardless of their circumstances.

At Hope Tutoring Center, we provide free reading and math tutoring to Arlington students in 2nd–8th grade who need additional academic support. Our volunteer tutors meet students where they are, helping them strengthen academic skills while building confidence in their ability to learn and succeed.

The need is real. Across Arlington, too many students are struggling to meet grade-level expectations in reading and math. Families want their children to succeed, but not every family has access to affordable tutoring or the resources needed to provide additional academic support.

That’s where Hope comes in.

For nearly 30 years, Hope Tutoring Center has connected caring volunteers with students who need a little extra help. Each tutoring session is an opportunity to help a student understand a difficult concept, improve a skill, gain confidence, and begin to see what is possible for their future.
