In honor of Black Breastfeeding Week, join Abide Women’s Health Services for a powerful and affirming morning panel conversation centered on the theme: Rooted in Strength, Rising in Hope.
This community event will bring together birthworkers, lactation experts, parents, and advocates to uplift the lived experiences of Black breastfeeding families—celebrating their stories, examining barriers to breastfeeding equity, and sharing solutions that center Black joy, agency, and wellness.
Whether you're a parent, provider, advocate, or simply passionate about maternal health and reproductive justice, this panel offers an opportunity to listen, learn, and build solidarity. Light refreshments will be provided, and resource tables will be available onsite.
Let’s gather in community and reimagine what’s possible when Black families are supported, informed, and seen.
