Join us in our culminating offering of Stories that Heal™, in which participants present their finished stories.
We will bear witness to the stories and may have time to engage in community reflection.
Stories that Heal™ is a program that centers healing through storytelling, especially for those impacted by trauma and systemic injustice. It is a transformative storytelling series created by Yena's Founder & CEO, Stefanie Tovar, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Rooted in the belief that we are all storytellers, this offering invites participants to reclaim and share their lived truths as a path to healing and liberation.
Yena is proud to relaunch this offering in partnership with Bishop Arts Theatre Center, bringing storytelling, healing, and community together once again.
