The Eisemann Center Presents 2024-2025 Season is to be announced on May 9! This year, we hope to continue to reach a larger audience and provide a diverse array of entertainment celebrating multiculturalism in performing arts. We seek opportunities to serve our community to the fullest and create a space where all feel welcome.

Last season we saw the return of broader community outreach, connecting Eisemann Educates with the City of Richardson, RISD, Methodist Richardson Medical Center and other partners in engagement opportunities like the Access+Inclusion 24 event which continued discussion about mental health throughout our community.

Mission

The Eisemann Center's mission is to create, foster and sustain an environment of cultural diversity, educational enrichment, and fulfilling experiences benefitting all who live and work within our community.

Needs

The Eisemann Center Foundation helps fund educational and artistically engaging experiences throughout the Eisemann Center Presents season. Eisemann Educates takes guest artists from the Eisemann Center stage, and places them into the community to teach, inspire, and cultivate interest in the arts. For the 2023-2024 Season, we will bring more youth and families into the Eisemann Center for workshops, Master Classes and lecture/demonstrations by these artists, who represent a wide spectrum of diversity and inclusion. With the help of our generous donors, we are able to reach even more students and curious minds, encouraging them to get involved and continue to grow as cultured individuals and future ambassadors and patrons of the arts!

Equity Statement

Richardson is a strong, amazingly diverse city that has deservedly earned recognition for our inclusiveness and compassion. We are a community known for our spirit of volunteerism and servant leadership, and we are a place where the "Golden Rule" is both practiced and appreciated as evident in our Vision Statement, which calls for Richardson to be, “a clean, safe, vibrant and inclusive community.” Every member of our municipal staff is expected to consistently deliver exceptional service, dependability, community engagement and compassion in every interaction with the people they serve. It is our goal to better lead and serve by actively listening to our community’s diverse voices.

We stand together in our commitment to justice, peace, kindness and understanding, in order to be the best possible civil servants we can be. We also hold dear the position that the City of Richardson municipal government is here to serve everyone, no matter who they are.
